It was a real pleasure to welcome back Charlotte Kirby (Class of 2019) to SWPS this week. Since graduating from Newcastle University, Charlotte has built an exciting career in strategy planning at Tesco.

She spoke to students about her path into the business world, offering her experience and practical advice on navigating life beyond school. Her talk highlighted the importance of resilience, curiosity, and seizing unexpected opportunities along the way.

A huge thank you to Charlotte for generously giving her time, wisdom, and energy. It’s always special to see alumni return and empower the next generation with their stories.
