It was lovely seeing friends re-unite at our annual Perkonian Afternoon Tea on Saturday.  We welcomed Class of 2017 who enjoyed catching up and touring the school (and I understand leaving notes for their old teachers!).  Class of 2012 and 2002 were also celebrating their significant anniversaries.  It was especially nice to see some of our more mature Perkonians attend, include Mary Turner who left SWPS in 1945, who remembers so much about her days at the school.

Our catering team made a lovely selection of sandwiches, scones and cakes which went down very well.

The afternoon finished with a tour of the school and many alumnae wanting to sit at their old desk to reminisce.
